Aloha! I finally finished my
pineapple afghan and I love it! I removed
all the different colors on the outline of pineapples and used vibrant
mint green color instead. I then decided to used those spring colors
for the crochet flowers. I sew crochet flower on the center of the
afghan and a flower on each over v-st group at base of each fan shape. I
love this pattern so much that I will be making one to keep. I got the
pattern from
AnniesAttic.com. The yarn I used is by Caron Simply Soft, I bought from
Walmart.

Size G crochet hook
Stitch guide:
double crochet (dc): yarn over, insert hook in stitch, yarn over, pull through stitch, [yo, pull throught 2 lps (loops)] 2x
Chain 5

Slip st in the first chain to form a ring, chain 3, 2 dc in ring, ch 3, [sl st in ring, ch 3, 2 dc in ring, ch 3] repeat 4 times, join in beg of slip st. Fasten off.
